Apollo Repair Program:
This series I produced, filmed, and edited is now used by technicians and professionals across Best Buy’s Geek Squad, Costco Repair Centers, and Local e-scooter mechanic shops worldwide.
The series of 50 videos demonstrates all parts replacements and repairs across every product in our range. Each video shows replacement parts needed, required tools, and step-by-step instructions to troubleshoot and replace faulty components.
We made many of these videos available to our public YouTube page so scooter owners and enthusiasts could fix simple issues themselves.
Mission Apollo:
I co-produced and live-mixed several episodes of the Mission Apollo podcast, and immediately published them to youtube after recording.
During my tenure, we started answering live questions, and our viewership greatly increased from 2-15 viewers, to over 4,000 during exciting moments such as product reveals and launch date announcements.
Product Reviews and Tests
I produced, directed, lit, shot, edited, and mixed all of the Product reviews and comparison videos from 2021 to 2022.
I also led the editing of our Edutainment series, Vlogs, Marketing Campaign Videos, Keynotes, social media edits, and aforementioned podcasts and repair programs.
